There is no point in buying this voucher as theyare not contactable by phone. I've had 1 email 5 days ago and I've been trying to get in touch since I bought it. Can I get the voucher changed to another place because I don't even want to set foot in there now I'm so frustrated?

Afternoon tea for two with optional mulled wine or cranberry fizz each

Voucher is valid from Sat 5 Oct 2019 until Sun 15 Dec 2019, Wed – Sun 12noon – 4pm (last booking 3pm); subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays – Tuesdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 6 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person / table.

Winter afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Option 2: Includes a glass of mulled wine or cranberry fizz each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
