I'm afraid this voucher can only be used until Tuesday 31st March 2020, 7 days a week; subject to availability.

Sorry think I misread it. If I buy it can my brother book the date at any time he chooses or does the date have to be selected when purchasing?

I can confirm your brother will be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after you've bought your voucher.

If he can't book his preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Can well behaved dogs come on the cruise?...Is there an alternative to the alcohol? It says it can't be swapped for a soft drink? What about tea or coffee?

Forth Boat Tours have confirmed your furry friends are allowed on board. A charge of £1 per pet applies.

A glass of Prosecco is included with this offer, and I'm afraid alcohol can't be replaced with a soft drink. The duration of this cruise is approximately 1hr 30 mins.

I'm happy to let you know children are permitted; ages 4 and under go free. Child are classed as ages 5 - 15yrs. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Any additional child tickets can be purchased directly from Forth Boat Tours for £15.

Doesn’t really help as this is what it says on your site.
What I don’t understand is, is it £15 each child = £30 for two but voucher is £20 for two.
Can I purchase an Itison voucher for £20 to cover the two children?

Two tickets for the Blackness Castle and Three Bridges Cruise including cream tea and glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; sailing times are available here and are subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made 48 hours prior to departure and are subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Online bookings only. Phone or email bookings cannot be accepted.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Voucher is valid for the Blackness Castle and Three Bridges Cruise.

Includes cream tea consisting of a scone, preserves and cream with a choice of tea or coffee each.

Includes 125ml glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted; ages 4 and under go free. Child are classed as ages 5 - 15yrs. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Any additional child tickets can be purchased directly from Forth Boat Tours for £15.

Duration approx. 1hr 30 mins.

Weather dependent. If cancelled, Forth Boat Tours will contact you to rearrange an alternative date.

Wheelchair access available. No disabled facilities on board.

Forth Boat Tours may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
