Questions and answers

I was wondering about this for my 14 year old son and I see in the small print that he must be accompanied by an adult. Does this mean in the simulator or just to accompany him to the airport and if you could advise what would be the best voucher to buy.. thanks Caroline Trail

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know a 14-year-old would be welcome to enter the simulator on their own with the instructor, and the accompanying adult could sit at the back without buying a voucher.

In this case, the cheapest option would be £49 for a 30-minute flight simulator experience for one.

I can confirm this deal is suitable for ages 12+ and under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

What to expect

30 or 40 minute flight simulator experience for one

45 minute premium flight simulator experience for two

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Sun 29 Mar 2020; Fri - Mon, 9am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Tue – Thur and 20 Dec 2019 – 5 Jan 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2020(we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Suitable for ages 12+; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult.

Option 1 duration: approx. 30mins

Option 2 duration: approx. 40mins.

Option 3 duration: approx 45mins (between two people).

Option 3: Includes the premium upgrade permitting name changes, late cancellation & rebooking.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
