hi - if i am buying for 2 people do i do quantity of 2 even if i reference that is a 2 person experience?

I'm happy to confirm if you are choosing a two-person experience, you just need one voucher and select quantity 1. However, if you are buying a one-person experience for two people, you will need two vouchers.

Hi - i bought a simulator voucher for 2 but my father broke his hip and can no longer come - could I change out the 2 for a 1 person voucher for my 12 yr old daughter and get a refund for the remaining money? And i would accompany her but not obviously take part. thanks for your advice. Stefanie

What to expect

  • 30, 60 or 90 minute Boeing 737-800 flight simulator experience for one or two

Voucher is valid until Wed 23 Dec 2020, 7 days, Mon - Fri, 11am - 8pm, Sat & Sun 10am - 7pm; subject to availability.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Choice of duration: 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

Max of 2 people per session; participants can bring non-flying guests to share their experience with.

Suitable for all ages; under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.

All customers in use of the simulator participate at their own risk.

Please inform staff of any conditions or medical issue that you feel may be relevant. If you have any concerns regarding your health, please consult your doctor before using our simulator.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
