Can you confirm please the validity of the voucher, it says in the small print that the voucher is valid from 1 Jul - 30 Sept but also says that it’s only valid for 7 days??? Does that mean that it must be used within seven days of purchase as this is giving it a very small window of opportunity to use after purchase, I find the terms confusing.

I'm happy to let you know vouchers are valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sep 2019, and can be used 7 days a week, 10:30am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Is Floors Castle dog friendly, if yes, are they allowed into the area they serve the afternoon tea?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know dogs on leads are very welcome throughout the grounds and gardens (no dogs inside the castle please).
There are tie up / water points, treats and alfresco dining at the Terrace and Courtyard Cafes so they needn’t be shut in the car.

I am interested in buying these vouchers but would want to use them on a particular day, is there any way to find out if there would be availability prior to purchase? If it isn’t available I wouldn’t buy it...

Do you have a copy of the afternoon tea menu as not on the website?

I'm afraid we don't have a copy of the afternoon tea menu, but you'll tuck into delicate sandwiches, freshly prepared mini scones, cakes and petit fours, all made by the Duke and Duchess of Roxburghe’s chef. What to expect

Entry for 2 adults & up to 3 children to castle, gardens & grounds

OR

Entry for 2 adults to gardens & grounds plus afternoon tea each

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 14 Oct 2019, valid 7 days, 10:30am – 5pm; subject to availability.

Please note that castle and grounds are closed 29 Aug - 5 Sept 2019.

Option 1: Advance booking not required.

Option 2: 72 hours advance booking required for afternoon tea, and by Mon 30 Sep 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for all ages; child is classed between 5 – 15 years; 4 and under go free. 

Option 1: entry for 2 adults and up to 3 children. 

Option 2: entry for 2 with afternoon tea. Max of 4 vouchers per table. Please note: does not include access to the Castle.

Tickets are valid all day.

Afternoon tea only; menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Afternoon tea may be served in either of the cafes on site; this will be confirmed when booking.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
