UK wide delivery: £9.95 per item. Orders must be placed by 10pm on a Tuesday for delivery on Friday. Orders placed after 10pm on a Tuesday will be delivered the following Friday. 

Deliveries will be made between 11am and 6pm. Tracking information will be sent to members on the morning of delivery.

Voucher spend must be used in full against one transaction. Change will not be given and voucher spend cannot be used across multiple transactions.

Meals arrive cold with instructions on how to cook at home.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
