I can confirm a max of 1 child under 6 permitted free of charge when using existing beds. Please speak directly to the hotel.

What happens if the current lockdown is still in place in May do the dates get extended ?

I can confirm this voucher can be used until 31st May and if it can't be used, we'll be able to issue credit for the amount of your voucher to use on itison over the next 12 months.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a junior / standard OR queen suite with late check-out

Voucher is valid until Fri 25 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Junior or standard or queen suite available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 child under 6 permitted free of charge when using existing beds. Please speak directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
