I have no chip polish on st the moment.. Does the deal include removing it?

I'm afraid this deal excludes gel removal.

What to expect

No Chip manicure with colour only OR

Voucher is valid from Wed 18 Sept 2019 until Sat 30 Nov 2019, Mon – Tue 9.30am – 5.30pm, Wed 9.30am – 8pm, Thur & Sat 9.30am – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays and Sundays. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. 

Over 16s only. 

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with salon.

Option 1: Treatment duration approx. 45 mins.

Option 2: Treatment duration approx. 25 mins. Treatment lasts 6 – 8 weeks depending on maintenance and lifestyle.

Option 3: Treatment duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins. Treatment lasts up to 8 weeks with regular maintenance. Infills are recommended every 2 – 3 weeks.

Option 4: Treatment duration approx. 1 hr 30 mins.

Options 1 & 4: Treatment lasts up to 3 weeks depending on maintenance and lifestyle. A supplementary charge of £5 is required for custom colour, nail art or French finish; payable directly to salon.

Options 2 & 3: Patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to appointment.

Excludes gel removal.

Technician requests are not permitted.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
