Hi. I am thinking about buying a voucher for Highgrove and would want to use if on the night of 21 March. Do you have any information about availability or suggestions on how I can check that they could take us that night? if Highgrove isn't available we'd opt for Ellisland House.

I can confirm multiple voucher purchases are permitted with a maximum of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can also be used on consecutive nights, subject to availability.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with breakfast, 2 course dinner and glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 14 - 16 Feb and 12 - 13 Apr 2020.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 31 Aug 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Vouchers cannot be cancelled or amended once booked with the hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available. 

Upgrades to a suite may be available; please discuss price and availability at time of booking.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course from the set menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under can be accommodated on a foldout bed for a supplementary charge of £25 inc breakfast, all additional meals to be paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
