This is my first time using the website how do I book a 2 night stay in july at £119 per night?

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm this voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022 so I'm afraid it won't be accepted in July.

We've some great deals in the pipeline though - I'm sure a similar deal will pop up soon!

hi. i have seen that you allow 1 dog. however we have 2, would an exception be made as no one to take our dogs

What happens if Covid restrictions are re-introduced and the stay cannot be taken within the voucher window? Will we get a refund? Or will the venue honour the voucher once restrictions are lifted? Thanks

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a £25pp food & drink spend, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Tue 23 Feb 2023, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 1 Apr - 31 Oct, 23 Dec 2022 - 4 Jan and 11-14 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a double, cosy or twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25pp food and drink spend valid against all menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Gluten / wheat free and vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 1: includes a Four Corners of Taste whisky flight; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted aged 0 – 16 in a family room for a supplementary charge of £50 per room per night; please discuss with and pay directly to the hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted for a supplementary charge of £20; payable direct.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
