You are welcome to book for multiple nights, subject to availability. Just keep in mind a supplement of £10 is required for Friday night stays, and £50 for Saturday night stays, payable directly to the hotel.

Up to 1 child can stay per voucher in an executive room, or 2 children can stay in a junior suite. These room upgrades are required though, payable directly to the hotel per room, per night.

Hi, I purchased the 2-night stay voucher earlier today and I then booked the dates of my choice via this website. I have received an email confirmation from Itison confirming that these dates have been booked, however, I am still a bit confused as to whether I need to call the hotel directly to confirm this booking?

Excludes Mon - Sat, 26 Dec 2021 and Jan - Feb.

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Thu 28 Apr 2022, Mon - Sat.

Excludes Sundays, 24 - 25, 31 Dec 2021 and Jan - Feb.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £50 for Saturday stays; payable directly.

General

Vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 1 Apr 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night. Sun - Thu stays: executive room - £20, junior suite - £40. Fri - Sat stays: executive room - £30, junior suite - £70; payable directly. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 1 child permitted in an executive room or 2 children permitted in a junior suite. Room upgrade required at a supplementary charge per room per night.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available. 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
