I'm afraid the only voucher option which is left available to buy is the November-March option.

Hello,

We are family with 2 kids (6 and 3 y.o.). I phoned the hotel to confirm they can accommodate in a suite. Can you confirm if any problems and advise on the way forward to buy the voucher, i.e. shall we buy and phone hotel to reserve the room or what's the procedure ? We would like to check in on the 15th Oct for 2 nights.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

Just make sure to state in your booking request that you'll be bringing children along to your stay.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Hi i was wondering can this be booked for. a room for 3 people ie a (my daughter my sister and myself. but we want to be in the one room if it can can you tell me please what the price is or would i have to contact the hotel

I can confirm a maximum of 1 child is permitted. Children under 12yrs stay free of charge including breakfast, children ages 13 – 15yrs require a supplementary charge of £15 including breakfast; payable directly to te hotel.

Hi can i book this for 3. Adults in a tripleroom and pay theh the extra money to the hotel my sister myself and my daughter usualy go away this time of year for a overnight away usually a spa time. i asked this befor but i got a reply thinking my daughter was a child she is 34.Thats why is 3 adults in a triple room

Voucher is valid from Fri 4 Sep 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 11-12, 16, 23 and 27-28 Sep.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Valid Oct:

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 23 Oct 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Valid Nov - Mar:

Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 28 Feb 2021 and 16-19 Mar 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

BB stays: A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fri stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

DBB stays: A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Fri stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
