What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and 2 course dinner

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun – Thur; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, 21 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr and 24 Dec 2021 - 3 Jan 2022.

Please note availability over May - September will be very limited. Exclusions can be viewed here.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only; credit or debit card details will be required at time of booking; no payment will be taken but may be used for late cancellation or non arrival charges.

Please note there will be a maximum of 5 itison bookings per day so book early to avoid disappointment

Voucher is non-transferable and non-refundable once booked with hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the Prix Fixe menu. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 for additional beds depending on room type; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
