Hi I have sent you an email for a refund l regarding this hotel.
I tried 3 times to book, I was put on hold and left on hold for over 5 mind. I was then told hotel had closed and didn't know if it would be open in October when we wanted to go for our Siler wedding Anniversary

Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 19 - 27 & 31 Dec 2020 and 1-3 Jan & 12-14 Feb 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard guest room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night:; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.

Picnic is an afternoon tea and includes cakes, scones and sandwiches. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 people per room only.

Max 1 child permitted; cribs are provided free of charge; subject to availability. Multiple children can be accommodated in interconnecting rooms for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

No pets permitted; service dogs are permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss requirements with hotel.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
