What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay in a one bedroom apartment for up to 2 adults and 2 children OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay in a two bedroom apartment for up to 4 adults and 2 children

Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Mar 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 2 Jan 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 10 Mar 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Options 1 & 3: One bedroom apartment with 1 double or twin bed and sofa bed for up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Options 2 & 4: Two bedroom apartment with 2 king, double or twin beds and sofa bed for up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
