Kenmore do not answer calls or emails. Do not buy because itison then keep your money and won’t give a refund. Offering me credit, £369, what am I supposed to do with that. Was for 2 nights away with friends and I’m left with a credit I can’t use. Stay well clear

I had a voucher for a two night stay with you £369 I paid and we were meant to arrive last Friday. You won’t answer my calls, you won’t confirm a new date yet you are still selling on itison. Can someone contact me ASAP. Order number 6216344 and booking under Beattie. You should be honouring customers who have already paid before advertising further. If I do not get a response within 48 hrs I’m taking it to trading standards. Regardless of the Covid situation you should be contacting your existing reservations

What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay in a two bedroom cottage OR
  • 2 or 3 night stay in a three bedroom cottage

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Mon 31 May 2021 and from Mon 1 Nov 2021 until Thur 31 Mar 2022; 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 Dec 2020 - 26 Apr 2021; 1 Jun - Sun 31 Oct 2021; 1 & 2 Jan 2022.

A supplementary charge of £50 is required for per cottage per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 30 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Two bed cottages: sleep up to four; all double bedrooms. Lodges include Ben More, Ben Lomond, Ben Hope and Mollys.

Three bed cottages: sleep up to six; all double bedrooms. Lodges include Brae and Cairntoul.

Cottages with hot tubs available at a supplement of £25 per night; please liaise directly with Kenmore Lodges.

Stay can be extended; please discuss directly with Kenmore Lodges.

Credit card details will be taken at check in instead of a security deposit; please discuss directly with the venue.

Children permitted and counted as part of the overall headcount. Under 3s stay free of charge and are not included in overall headcount; own cot is required.

Max of 1 dog permitted a supplementary charge of £20 per night in the 2-bed cottages; payable directly to hotel. Please note pets are not permitted in the 3-bed cottages. Please note pet friendly lodges do not have hot tubs.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
