A supplementary charge of £25prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 8 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. 

Stay in a Rowan lodge for two OR the Spruce or Hazel lodge for four.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Gas & electricity is charged at £4.50 per night; payable on arrival.

Towels are not included. Towels can be hired for £5; payable direct.

Children permitted and included within the headcount.

Pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £30ppps; payable direct.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
