Hi can you advise the cancellation policy. We are hoping to book in mid November but are a bit worried the Gov Covid restrictions may prevent us from travelling.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Wed 21 Oct 2020 until Sun 31 Jan 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 6 Nov - 1 Dec 2020.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £30 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 8 Jan 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 10.30am.

Standard double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: four poster or king size room - £15; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes bottle of Prosecco; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Free parking available on site.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 5's stay free, ages 5 – 14 years required a supplementary charge of £15 per night per child including breakfast; additional meals charged as taken. Ages 15+ are classed as adults.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
