I have just booked with Itison, but the voucher dates are different. The offer states that the Voucher is valid from 04/01/2021 until 31/03/2021 but when I printed the Voucher it states that I must use it by 31/03/2021.

What to expect

Voucher is valid until Tue 21 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 1 - 30 Sept 2021.

Please note, vouchers booked from 1 May - 31 Aug 2021 will be used at their sister hotel, Riverside Lodge, 46 Annick Road, Irvine, KA11 4LD. Bookings can be made by calling Riverside Lodge directly on 01294 279274.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 23 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; 1 night stay: max of 3 per person, 2 night stay: max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night for the following: front facing - £15, suites - £25; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; subject to availability. Please discuss when booking.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a 3 course dinner from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel when booking. A £1.50 supplementary charge is required per person for the chicken pakora starter; payable directly. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Free onsite parking available.

Max 2 children permitted; room upgrade required as standard rooms can't accommodate extra guests. Children under 3yrs go free, ages 3-13yrs are charged £10 supplement per child per night in addition to room upgrade supplement.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
