Beware before purchasing voucher! This hotel has availability for 2 days time but will not take my booking with an itison voucher price. So instead of £69 voucher they want me to pay £116

Hi, I'd like to know the availability of rooms for specific weekends in March with the use of the itison voucher prior to purchasing the voucher please. There are limited dates available to us and I do not wish to buy a voucher and then be unable to use it. How do I learn the availability for specific dates please?

A word of warning when phoning the booking line. I was offered only 2 unsuitable dates and the charge was £3.80 for a short call! On hindsight, I would not have purchased this voucher

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two in a superior room with breakfast & optional 2 course dinner OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a superior room with a 2 course dinner on the first night & breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes 23-31 Dec 2021, 1-3 Jan and 11-12 Feb 2022.

A supplementary charge of £25 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Mon 28 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-refundable. Dates can be amended; subject to availability.

Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon. 

Superior double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Options 2 and 3: Includes a starter/main or main/dessert from set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 2 children under 12 permitted free of charge when using the sofa bed. Children dine on the same basis as adults.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel. Please note a disclaimer is required to be completed at check-in; please discuss directly.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
