Good Evening,

It says voucher is valid 7 days. Subject to availability? Can I just confirm what this means?

Basically I'm looking to buy this NOW for my dad's 60th in November but that is obviously more than 7 days away. & he likely won't look to book until next year when his holidays are renewed?

The January to March part, does the voucher need to be used in these months or just booked in within that period of time?

Last question: does the voucher cover 4 people for the lodge stay & the boat trip?

This voucher is valid from Friday 6th January 2023 until Friday 31st March 2023, and it would need to be used within this time, so I'm afraid it wouldn't be available to use in November.

I'm happy to let you know that this voucher is valid to use 7 days a week; subject to availability. This means that although this voucher is available to use, we can't guarantee that your preferred dates won't be fully booked or sold out.

This voucher is also valid for up to 4 people.

To find out if gluten-free options are available, you can contact Loch Katrine directly on 01877376315 and they'll be happy to advise. Just make sure to mention you'll be using an itison voucher.

The deal says "up to four people" so if I purchase 1 quantity will this accommodate the stay for four people, breakfast to accommodate four people and four tickets for the cruise?

Hi I have been trying to call loch Katrine regarding availability but have never been able to get through to anyone I bought the voucher and emailed on Friday and still no confirmation- do you have any way I can contact them as I need to confirm the days off with my work

What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay for up to four in a Ben Eco Lodge OR Glen Eco Lodge OR en-suite Loch Eco Lodge
  • All options include a breakfast welcome pack, bottle of wine on arrival, bed linen and a boat ticket each

Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

A security deposit of £50 is required per lodge prior to arrival; payable directly to Loch Katrine.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 9am.

Please note Ben Eco and Glen Eco lodges do not have en-suite facilities.

Includes a breakfast welcome pack and bottle of red or white house wine on arrival.

Drinks, snacks, sandwiches available on site in Katrine Gift Shop. Dining facilities are available on site at Steamship Cafe for breakfast and daytime meals from March.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with Loch Katrine.

Children under 3 stay for free, ages 3-16yrs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £5 per child per night or additional adults at £10 per adult per night; payable directly to Loch Katrine.

Max of 2 extra guests permitted per lodge. Please inform Loch Katrine at time of booking with details of any additional children or adults in your party.

Dogs welcome for a £10 supplement per dog, per stay only in Loch Venachar, Loch Arklet, Ben A’an or Ben Ledi lodge – payable directly to Loch Katrine. Please advise at time of booking. Max 2 dogs per lodge.

Wheelchair access available in some lodges however not on the boat; please advise at time of booking.

Includes one sailing ticket each for a 1 hour cruise on the Lady of the Lake or Rob Roy III.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
