I'm happy to confirm a maximum of 2 children are permitted; ages 2 and under stay free if they have their own cot and cots can be hired for £5. Ages 3 – 10 years require a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night including breakfast. Ages 11+ years require a charge of £20 per night; payable directly to the hotel.

We have stayed at Koch Levin hotel several times and note that this deal does not include an option for evening meal. Is this no longer available

I'm happy to let you know a maximum of 1 dog can stay for a supplement of £20 per stay; payable directly to the hotel.
I can confirm the hotel is wheelchair accessible, but we'd recommend discussing your requirements directly with The Loch Leven Hotel.

Hi, I bought this deal a few months ago in the hope I'd book with the hotel for 7-8 Nov. The hotel didn't have availability on these dates so I had to claim a refund. It appears to be the same timescales offered in the earlier deal. Do you know if there is now availability for these dates before I purchase?

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.
