I’ve just paid for two vouchers and when I’ve gone to the website to book for tomorrow there’s timed slots but none are suitable. Why does your description not state that there are times slots. If this information was provided I would have checked what times were available first and therefore would not have purchased the vouchers.

We have a journey of an hour and a half to get to the faerie trail and none of the time slots available are suitable. On the website is states that tickets can be purchased when you arrive so why can’t I arrive at a time that suits and show the vouchers on my phone?

If you're no longer able to use the vouchers, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Entry to Loch Lomond Faerie trail for:
  • One child
  • One adult 
  • One adult and one child 
  • Two adults and two children 
  • Two adults and two children with fairy dust

Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Wed 30 Sep 2020, valid 7 days 9am - 4pm; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 29 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online booking only; only 1 voucher can be redeemed at once.

Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Adult tickets are for over 13s, child tickets are for 12 years and under. Under 2's are free of charge but will require a ticket; please purchase directly.

Option 5: Includes two fairy dusts.

Any additional people and fairy dust can be booked and paid for when booking itison voucher.

Duration approx: 1 hr.

Trail is all outdoors, please wear suitable clothing and shoes.

Meeting point: Faerie Café at Luss visitor's centre car park.

Not recommended for buggies and pushchairs.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.  

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
