You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 4 per person.

Option 1: Duration approx 25 mins. Treatment lasts 4 - 6 weeks depending on lifestyle and maintenance. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Patch test is required at least 48 hours before treatment.

Option 2: Duration approx 30 mins. Over 16s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Eyebrow wax and tint suitable suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding, but not for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Facial and Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
