Hi, can you tell me how much it would be for 2 adults and 2 kids - ages 11 and 15? The small print says the older child would be charged as an adult? Thanks

I can confirm a max of 2 children are permitted with this voucher. Children under 12 stay free including breakfast, but you're welcome to contact Mercure Aberdeen Ardoe House Hotel & Spa to discuss the cost of bringing along a 15 year old, on 01224 860 602, and they'll be happy to advise.

Overnight stay for two in an upgraded Privilege room including, a bottle of wine on arrival, full Scottish breakfast & spa access OR

Include a 3 course dinner with tea or coffee OR

Include a 3 course dinner with tea or coffee and a 30 min spa treatment each OR

Stay for two nights and include a 3 course dinner with tea or coffee on the first night and a 30 min spa treatment each 

Option 1, 2 & 3: Voucher is valid from Mon 20 May 2019 – Sat 31 Aug 2019; 7 days; subject to availability. 

A supplementary charge of £20prpn is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Option 4: Voucher is valid from Mon 20 May 2019 – Fri 30 Aug 2019; Sun - Fri; subject to availability; excludes Saturdays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Aug (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out up until 2pm; subject to availability.

Privilege double room; twin rooms are available on request, subject to availability. Please discuss directly when booking.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: feature double room £70 or feature suite £150; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a choice of red or white wine in room on arrival; please advise of your preferred choice at time of booking.

Options 2 - 4 include a 3 course dinner; menu is seasonal and subject to change. Supplements may apply to some dishes and will be clearly advised by hotel. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Option 4 dinner is on the first night only. 

Free parking available.

Includes access to spa facilities.

Options 3 & 4 includes a choice of: 30min express manicure or pedicure, essential back massage or a discovery facial; for over 18’s only; max two vouchers per group; suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa. Treatment can be upgraded to a pre-natal massage; please liaise directly with the venue.

Max of 2 children permitted; children under 12 stay free including breakfast; additional meals will be charged as taken. Ages 12 and over are classed as adults.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel; please discuss when booking. 

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
