For the 120£ food credit, can it be used on 2 separate days if ur staying in hotel 2 nights?

Example if your meal only costs 60£ on Friday then 60£ for another meal the next day?

what does valid for 7 days mean? Is it only Valid for 7 days after it is purchased? I want to gift this

'Valid 7 days' simply means this voucher can be used all 7 days of the week until it expires, subject to availability. Just keep in mind a supplement of £30 is required for Saturday night stays, which is payable directly to the hotel.

I want to book for 13th to 14 March When do I know if that date is free I.e is it only after your enter details and the date is confirmed or can you tell from the booking online calendar ahead of entering the details that it is free. Also can you tell me at this stage if there is itison spaces available for that day - a gift for someone

If this stay was cancelled up until March with covid tier systems would the voucher be extended? Possible Xmas pressent but don't wan to buy incase covid restrictions are still in place.

As the Fairmont has now closed due to the new government restrictions and our booking has been cancelled. Will we automatically receive a full refund as we can’t make any date once the hotel reopens and the closing date of the deal?

  • 2 night stay for two in a deluxe sea view room with a £100 food and drink allowance, leisure access and breakfast OR
  • 2 night stay for two in a studio suite with a £120 food and drink allowance, leisure access and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Apr 2021 until Mon 28 Feb 2022, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 to 31 Mar 2021, 1 May 2021 to 31 Oct 2021, 14-17, 22 & 23 Nov, 24 - 31 Dec 2021 and 12 - 14 Feb 2022.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Feb 2022  (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Options 1 & 2: Stay in a deluxe sea view room.

Option 3: Stay in a studio suite.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes full leisure access for the duration of the stay. Members must book a time slot with reception upon arrival. Please note, facilities may be closed due to government guidelines; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 1: Includes £50 food and beverage allowance.

Option 2: Includes £100 food and beverage allowance.

Option 3: Includes £120 food and beverage allowance.

Allowance must be used in full; no change will be given. Allowance can be used in Squire Restaurant, St Andrews Bar and Grill, La Cucina, Kittocks Den and Zephyr Sports Bar. Max of 2 vouchers per table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please note, facilities may be closed due to government guidelines; please discuss directly with hotel.

Free parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted; up to 5yrs go free, 6 – 18yrs require a supplementary charge of £40 per night including breakfast or a £10 supplementary charge when staying in a double double room with no extra beds.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
