I'm afraid this voucher excludes the 20th December 2019 - 5th January 2020 inclusive.

Is there just a £20 supplement for a 2 night Friday check in stays? There is a note about £50 charge for extending a stay on a Friday.

I'm happy to confirm a supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday night stays; payable directly to Hillside Havens.

You can then extend your stay by an additional night for £50 payable direct to Hillside Havens and dependent on availability. Please discuss and pay Hillside Havens directly.

Can you supply a cot or alternatively can we bring a travel cot? There is a note on another booking site saying "There is no capacity for cots at this property." so I'm not sure if we're allowed to bring our own?

Up to 2 children aged 15 and under can stay per voucher (max of 2 adults and 2 children per pod). To discuss travel cots, please contact Hillside Havens directly and they'll be happy to advise.

If it's a 2 night stay it says that you can't stay Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday how can you stay for 2 nights?

What to expect

2 night stay for two in a luxury glamping pod

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 27 Mar 2020, valid for check-in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 Dec 2019 - 5 Jan, 14 - 16 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to Hillside Havens.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

One double bed provided and sofa bed in each pod; supplementary charge of £10 for extra bed linen for the sofa bed.

Pod facilities include an en-suite and a fully operational micro kitchen including Belfast sink, 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots and utensils.

Includes bedding, pillows and towels.

Includes electricity.

Stay can be extended on Friday nights only; dependent on availability and for a supplement; please discuss and pay Hillside Havens directly.

Max of 2 children ages 15 and under permitted; max of 2 adults and 2 children per pod.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per stay; payable directly to Hillside Havens.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
