Hi can this deal be used Friday to Sunday 2 night stay . Can you advise how many steps up to the penthouse .

how can we ensure that selected dates for a booking are available. there is no option to confirm this whilst making a booking via your process. There is only an option to book and pay/use a voucher.

What happens if you make the booing and subsequently find the dates are not available.

What to expect

  • 2 night stay for up to six in the Chic Apartment OR Knowehead Penthouse

Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan 2023 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu; subject to availability. 

Excludes Fri - Sat and 14 Feb 2023

Availability can be checked at https://deansretreats.co.uk/book-a-retreat

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases permitted. 

Check-in from 2:30pm, check-out 11am.

Knowhead Penthouse or Chic Apartment available with 1 king room, 1 double room and 1 sofa bed.

Chic apartment sleeps 5: 1 King Bed, 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed (sleeps 1)

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

A security deposit hold of £250 on a debit/credit card will be requested prior to check in; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Children are permitted in the overall head count when accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Members must be over 21 to stay and book.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
