If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

2 night midweek stay: valid from Wed 2 Nov 2022 until Wed 29 Mar 2023, check-in on Mondays and Wednesdays only. Excludes Tue and Thu - Sun.

2 or 3 night weekend stay: valid from Fri 4 Nov 2022 until Fri 24 Mar 2023, check-in on Fridays only. Excludes Sat - Thu.

Excludes 23 Dec 2022 - 4 Jan 2023 and 13 - 15 Feb 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

A security deposit of £100 is required; payable directly to Hillside Havens.

One double bed provided and sofa bed in each pod; supplementary charge of £10 for extra bed linen for the sofa bed.

Pod facilities include an en-suite and a fully operational micro kitchen including Belfast sink, 2 ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots and utensils.

Includes electricity, hot tub, bedding, pillows and towels.

Additional logs for the hot tub can be purchased onsite at a supplementary charge of £5 per net/basket; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Max of 2 children ages 15 and under permitted; max of 2 adults and 2 children per pod. Additional bedding and towels require a supplementary charge of £10 per stay; payable directly.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per stay; payable directly. If you have more than 2 dogs, please discuss directly with Hillside Havens.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
