What to expect

West Cottage stay: 

Voucher is valid from Sat 9 Jul 2022 until Fri 30 Sep 2022, 7 days.

Excludes 16-22 Jul, 1-31 Aug and 1-6, 15-17, 23-25 Sep 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 26 Aug 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Sleeps up to four people across 2 bedrooms.

Includes exclusive facility hire of The Hide. Hire includes 4x4 Land Rover chauffeur experience to and from The Hide from West Cottage subject to weather conditions, BBQ charcoal, mood lighting, pack of cards, glasses, plates, cutlery, ice and a safety briefing. Hire is from 12noon - 4pm on one day.

Children permitted and included in total headcount.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog payable directly.

The Glasshouse stay: 

Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Jul 2022 until Mon 1 Aug 2022, 7 days.

Excludes 23-29 Jul 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Jul 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Sleeps up to six people across 2 bedrooms (superking & twin) and a double sofa bed

Includes exclusive facility hire of The Hide. Hire includes 4x4 Land Rover chauffeur experience to and from The Hide from The Glasshouse subject to weather conditions, BBQ charcoal, mood lighting, pack of cards, glasses, plates, cutlery, ice and a safety briefing. Bookings are subject to availability.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

A refundable security deposit of £200 is required. Please discuss directly with venue.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
