What to expect

Spa day for one with 2 x 25 minute treatments or 1 x 55 minute treatment each, bento box lunch, 45 mins use of the facilities and robes and slippers

Voucher is valid from Mon 26 Oct 2020 until Tue 30 Nov 2021, 7 days, 10am – 6pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 25 Apr 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 per person is required for Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 16 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 20 per group; subject to availability.

Includes a choice of 2 x 25 minute treatments each from: back, neck & shoulder massage, tranquility scalp massage, express manicure or pedicure OR a choice of 1 x 55 minute treatments from: deluxe or gel manicure or pedicure; subject to change.

Massage treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and is not suitable for cancer sufferers or those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Includes 45 min of access to facilities before or after treatments; 17 meter indoor swimming pool and soothing spa pool.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

Includes bento box lunch. Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available; please advise at the time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
