Ok when do you do the spa ? Do you check in and spend the day at the spa stay overnight have breakfast and leave or do you stay overnight have breakfast and then stay in the spa for the day before leaving . What time is check in ?

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a choice of 55 minute treatment each, breakfast and full use of leisure facilities 

Choice of room: 
- deluxe room
- deluxe ocean view room

Voucher is valid from Thur 14 Feb 2019 until Sun 19 May 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 25 – 27 Mar, 6 Apr and 3 – 5 May 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!)

Please note: a valid credit card and itison voucher number will be required when booking.

Voucher cannot be cancelled once booked with hotel; date changes are permitted at a £25 admin fee per date change; payable directly to hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Option 1: deluxe non ocean view room.

Option 2: deluxe ocean view room.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Spa treatments are suitable for over 18s only; use of leisure facilities is suitable for all ages.

Includes a 55 minute treatment each from the following: full body massage, luxury manicure, intensive facial, luxury pedicure or body wrap; subject to change.

Groups can receive treatments at the same time; subject to availability. Please discuss when booking.

Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy / breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers / those in remissions; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes full use of facilities: swimming pool, relaxation areas, saunas, steam rooms and fitness studio.

Max of 1 child permitted; under 3s stay free, ages 4-12 years require a supplementary charge of £40 per child including all meals from the kids menu when eating with adults; Please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted; please discuss directly with hotel at time of booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
