Hi booked the high tea at the hotel, however I did not read the small print and booked direct with the hotel for 15 November at 1.30 pm now see that it just starts from 2nd January. Can I use the voucher in November my voucher here expires 19 November, it was a Christmas present. My husband has Alzheimer’s and it was not possible to book anything until he was feeling a bit better . So sorry that I got it all wrong. Regards Alfreda Stewart.

Hi I have booked the afternoon tea for the 15 th November at Rusacks hotel in St Andrews and paid by debit card. I would like you to cancel the previous booking starting on the 2nd of January 2020. So very sorry for the mix up caused. My voucher is valued at £25 not sure what happens to the balance. Regards Alfreda Stewart

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two or four with a glass of Prosecco each

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Mon - Sat 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays and 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; up to 4 vouchers can be used per max table of 8. 

Option 1: cream tea only.

Option 2 – 4: afternoon tea only.

All options include tea and coffee.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 3 & 4: includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption. Please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
