Is there a use by date? And is there lift access to all floors?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to confirm vouchers are valid from Wed 8 Jan 2020 until Sun 29 Mar 2020.

Lift access is available to the Salon de Luxe, but there is no access to the gallery on the mezzanine. If you'd like to discuss this further you're welcome to contact Mackintosh at the Willow directly on 0141 204 1903.

Hi, if I buy this voucher do I just phone to book a date? Is it automatic that the exhibition and tour is booked before the afternoon tea or is this separate ? So if booked a tour for 11am would we then have afternoon tea around 12pm? Thank you

You can book your table online after buying your voucher, and your tickets by phone. Further details will be provided in the How to Book section of your voucher.

What to expect

  • Champagne afternoon tea, tour and exhibition entry for two

Voucher is valid from Wed 8 Jan 2020 until Sun 29 Mar 2020, afternoon tea is served Wed - Sun from 12noon - 2pm and 3pm - 5pm; subject to availability.

Exhibition is open Wed - Sun 10am – 4pm with tours at 9am, 10am and 11am; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays, Tuesdays, 14 Feb and 22 Mar 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.

Afternoon tea only with tea or coffee each plus a 125ml glass of Champagne each.

Menu can be viewed here and is subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 2hrs.

Children not permitted; under 12s must be pre-confirmed with the restaurant.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
