When it says excludes Mon - Frid does this mean the offer

Is only available on Saturday and Sunday

I'm afraid this voucher excludes Mondays to Fridays, and can only be used on Saturdays and Sundays.

Hello, I have just made my reservation but the two options when booking are Standard or Itison. Tried both ways and entered my card details to reserve but at no point does it ask for my itison code? Can you help please?

We did not get the offer of tea or coffee, should we have, and the sample menus advertised were nothing like what we were given 1 quarter of a sandwich that we couldnt say what was on it, a soggy small sausage rolll, half a small brioch bun with some prawns on it and the the sweet selection was no more than very mini sweets.
A total rip off have always been very well pleased with all other Itison deals but certainly not this one.

  • Mad Hatter's afternoon tea for two with a Kir Royale on arrival and optional teapot cocktail sharer
  • Voucher is valid from Sat 10 Jul 2021 until Sun 3 Oct 2021, Sat - Sun 1pm - 4.30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
  • Excludes Mon - Fri.
  • Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Sep 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
  • Online bookings only.
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
  • Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
  • Max of 1 voucher per table.
  • Afternoon tea for two from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options available; please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.
  • Includes a Kir Royale each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
  • Option 2: Includes a teapot sharer cocktail. 
  • Table required back after 1 hr 30 mins.
  • No wheelchair access available.
  • No children permitted.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
