Hi there
We would like to book 13th and 14th July for two rooms, 4 people.
We have two small well behaved Scottie dogs .. would you be able to accommodate them?

I'm afraid this voucher is only valid to use until Friday 10th June, so wouldn't be available for stays in July.

Can we take a 5 year old child and have a twin room ?

Voucher is valid until Fri 10 Jun 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 27 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Classic double or twin room available. Please note there are a limited number of superior rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a suite for a supplementary charge; please discuss with and pay directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a 175ml glass of house wine of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Option 2 & 4: Includes afternoon tea on the first day.

Option 3 & 4: Includes a £50 voucher to be used on food only from the à la carte menu; subject to change. Voucher spend is to be used in full, no change will be given. Dinner is on one night only.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Max of 1 child permitted on an added bed; children are classed as ages 12 and under. Please discuss directly with the hotel. Additional beds are only available in superior rooms and require a supplementary charge of £25 per person per night. Please discuss with and pay directly.

Max of 2 well behaved dogs permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; please discuss and pay direct.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
