I can confirm this voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 so will not be accepted in March.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine, breakfast and leisure access OR
  • Overnight stay for two with a bottle of wine, 2 course dinner, breakfast and leisure access OR
  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of wine, 2 course dinner on the first evening, leisure access and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Wed 30 Dec 2020 and from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Fri 31 Dec 2021. 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24-26 Dec 2020 and 1 Jan - 30 Sep, 29 Oct - 14 Nov and 24 - 26 Dec 2021

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Includes full access to leisure facilities such as swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room.

Includes a bottle of red or white wine on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Options 2 and 3: include £22pp dinner allowance for the Chef's choice menu or Brasserie menu; menus are subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3: Dinner is on one night only.

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as under 12 and can stay free of charge when sharing a room with 2 adults. Cots are available free of charge.

Max of 1 dog is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
