Is there any way of finding out if the hotel has availability on a particular date before buying the voucher?

Thanks for getting in touch!

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco each on arrival, afternoon picnic and breakfast OR
  • Overnight stay for two with a 3 course dinner with a glass of wine each plus breakfast

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 16 May 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Online bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss directly with hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Parking is available on site for £10 per day.

Breakfast will be served following the current government guidelines.

Option 1: Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. Picnic bag includes fancies, scones, sandwiches and soft drinks. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Can be taken in room or outwith hotel. No gluten/wheat free options available. If picnic is not suitable a £15 F&B voucher will be issued.

Option 2: Includes a 3 course dinner from a set menu and a 175ml glass of wine each. Menu is subject to change alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten/wheat free options available

Children are permitted and included in overall headcount. Extra beds not available. Cots are available free for infants.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
