I have bought this deal x 2 . Having booked and paid for 2 rooms at a total of £90. You have sent a receipt by email confirming this but no voucher yet?
Because of this I phoned up Rooms Inn Newcastle to confirm my booking , which is 19/11/21, and they told me only 1 room has been booked??

Sep option: Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Sep 2021 until Thu 30 Sep 2021, valid Sun - Fri; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 3, 5, 12, 17 and 24 Sep 2021. Voucher must be booked by Thu 23 Sep 2021.

Oct - Dec option: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Oct 2021 until Sat 18 Dec 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 1-2, 9, 22-23, 29-30 Oct, 6 and 20 Nov 2021. Voucher must be booked by Fri 3 Dec 2021.

Stays are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £25 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.
