Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Norton House Hotel & Spa directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

For option 2 or 3. In the small print it says valid for 7 days. Does this mean the voucher can only be used for 7 days after purchasing? Thank you

I'm really sorry for any confusion, but I can confirm these vouchers are valid to use 7 days a week until Sun 30 Jun 2019; subject to availability.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a classic room with a full Scottish breakfast and leisure access

Overnight stay for two in a junior suite or feature room with a full Scottish breakfast, bottle of prosecco, dinner in the Brasserie and leisure access

Voucher is valid until Sun 30 Jun 2019; subject to availability.

Option 1: valid Sun - Thur; excludes Fridays and Saturdays, 23-26 May and 7-18, 18-23 Jun 2019.

Options 2 and 3: valid 7 days; excludes 23-26 May and 7-18, 18-23 Jun 2019. A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Fridays and Saturdays stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 May 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel after 12noon the day prior to arrival.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 4 per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1 is valid for a classic double or twin room only; subject to availability.

Option 2 is valid for an Executive double or twin room only; subject to availability.

Option 3 is valid for a Junior Suite or double Feature room only; subject to availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes access to leisure facilities: swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room.

Options 2 & 3 includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival.

Option 2 & 3 includes a dinner allowance of £35 per person to use in the brasserie; menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Max 2 vouchers per table.

Vegetarian, gluten/wheat/dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Free parking available.

Options 1: children not permitted; families can upgrade to an Executive room at an additional charge; please discuss directly with the hotel.

Option 2: Max of 2 children permitted when sharing with adults; families can be accommodated in an Executive room only for a supplement of £20 per room; subject to availability. Children aged 3 and under are free of charge; children from 4 to 11 receive complimentary bed & breakfast; other meals charged at 50% of the adult price or as stated on the children’s menu; children from 12 to 17 years will be charged £25 for bed and breakfast and the adult price for all other meals.

Option 3: children not permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
