What to expect

  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with breakfast each morning 
  • Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Sun 29 Aug 2021, valid 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.
  • A supplementary charge of £15 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
  • Voucher must be booked by Mon 2 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
  • You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
  •  Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
  • Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am.
  • Double or twin standard, grand and grand plus rooms are available.
  • Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
  • Please note due to COVID-19 breakfast will be continental and served in the room. Hot items are excluded.
  • Paid on street parking available; limited spaces.
  • Max of 1 child permitted; up to 2 years are free of charge, age 2 – 14 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per person per night including breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
  • No pets permitted.
  • Wheelchair access available. Limited adapted rooms available; please discuss directly with hotel.
  • Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
  • The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
  • The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
  • You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
  • Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
