Does this hotel have a heated outdoor area which it can serve alcohol at from 26th April 2021.

Also ive tried to call and email the hotel to check availabilty and the phone number is invalid and so is the email address. How do I contact the hotel to check availabilty?

i want to purchase 2 x 2 night deal at huntingtower but i cant check availability with hotel as line just ringing out, answer machine also states its full hence i cant even leave a message.

I dont want to purchase the 2 lots of vouchers then find i cant get a booking first 2 weeks in June but i cant speak with anyone at hotel as not open yet. i also dont want to lose the deal,
whats your policy here if i brought the vouchers but hotel cant accommodate. or i cant actually get through to speak with anyone at hotel before the itison deal closes?

I have tried calling the number provided (0870 4100 800) to make a booking but I get an automated message saying I can’t call that number from my phone.

Voucher is valid from Thur 1 Oct 2020 until Wed 30 Jun 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2020 - 31 Jan and 14 Feb 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Jun 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Telephone bookings only. Please note that the booking line charge is 11p per minute plus any additional charges that may be added by your landline / mobile phone operator.

Please note a credit card will be required at time of booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Superior double or twin room available

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £40 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Breakfast is currently delivered to your room due to Covid-19 restrictions.

Includes a main course dinner from the limited bar menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Option 2: Dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted in room using the sofa bed; they will stay and dine for free on on the same basis.
