I'm afraid we can't exchange vouchers, but as it's less than 14 days since you purchased it's no problem to issue a refund. Just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I can confirm a max of 1 child is permitted. Children are classed as ages 3 – 15 and require a supplementary charge of £20 including breakfast, payable directly to the hotel.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, 2 course dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 May 2021 until Tue 31 Aug 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a feature room for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner of a starter/main or main/dessert from set menu; subject to change. A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: sirloin steak and additional course each - £5; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Free parking available. 

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 3 – 15 and require a supplementary charge of £20 including breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Ages 2 and under stay free of charge with cots available on request.

Max of 1 dog are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
