If I purchase 2 vouchers for 2 night stay for 4 in lodge, can they both be booked for the same days, ie, 8 people 2 nights?

Is it only the 2 bed lodge that has the sauna? Or does the 1 bed lodge have this as well?

I'm really sorry for the confusion here, but I can confirm a maximum of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £7.50 per pet per night in a pet-friendly room in the self-catering apartments and lodges. This supplement is payable directly to hotel and we would recommend liaising directly with the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the main hotel.

What to expect

1 or 2 night hotel stay with 3 course dinner & breakfast OR

2 night stay for two in a loch-side duplex apartment OR

2 night stay for two in a one bedroom lodge OR

2 night stay for four in a two bedroom lodge

Voucher is valid from Mon 14 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 20 Dec 2019 – 2 Jan 2020.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Feb 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online enquiries only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am.

Options 1 & 2: Standard double room available. Can be upgraded to a loch view room from £10 per person per night; payable directly to hotel.

Option 3: One bedroom loch-side duplex apartment available.

Option 4: One bedroom lodge available.

Option 5: Two bedroom lodge with inbuilt sauna available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Please note a valid credit card must be presented at check-in; no deposit will be taken.

Options 1 & 2: 3 course set menu only; subject to change. Option 2 includes dinner on the first night only. A supplementary charge of £7.50 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Max of 2 children permitted; children under 5 are free, ages 5 -12 are £15 per child per night; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £7.50 per pet per night in a pet friendly room in the self-catering apartments and lodges; payable directly to hotel. Please liaise directly with the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss with hotel prior to booking.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
