I called the number 01349 410120 to ask if specific dates are available . I was advised this was the wrong number and I couldn’t speak to anyone who could help. Obviously we need to know if dates are available before we make a purchase. Can you help?

2 night midweek stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Wed arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Thur - Sat, 24 - 26, 30 - 31 Dec 2019, 13 - 14 Feb 2020.

2 night weekend stay: Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Fri 27 Mar 2020, Fri arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Sat – Thur, 14 Feb 2020. 

3 night midweek stay: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Tue arrivals only; subject to availability. Excludes Wed - Sat, 24 - 26, 30 - 31 Dec 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in from 4pm, check-out 10am.

Premium Spa Lodge includes king sized bed.

Lodges can be upgraded to the Premium Love Cabin for a supplementary charge of £50 per stay; please discuss with and pay directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes bed linen, towels, robes, slippers 24hr central heating, electricity and free wifi.

Free parking available.

Please note lodges are strictly non-smoking.

No children permitted.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access not available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
