I can confirm it's £149 for a 3 night stay for two with late check out, a bottle of Prosecco, petits fours and a full Scottish breakfast each morning.

It was purchased longer than 14 days ago, does that mean it is not possible to get a refund? I know a lot of places extend their returns/refund policy at this time of year due to people buying things for Christmas as gifts for people.

We offer a full refund on unused vouchers within 14 days of purchase and we do not extend our returns policy over Christmas.

Perhaps you could look to use it on another date or, if you can’t use the voucher yourself, you’re welcome to pass it on to a friend or family member.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 - 27, 31 Dec 2019 - 8 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday stays and £20 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12pm.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night for a Loch view room; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Alcohol can be substituted for a soft drink.

Children aged 3 years and under are charged at £10 per night for a cot. Children aged 3 – 14 years are charged at £25 per night with breakfast included.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
