Many of our providers are happy to have a single person use their vouchers, however please note our prices and discounts are generally based on 2 people. You are always welcome to contact the venue directly to ask about the possibility of one person using the voucher. This often isn't a problem, but some hotels may request that a single occupancy supplement is paid. As such, it may on occasion be cheaper for you to book directly with the hotel rather than use a voucher for a stay.

How is this offer better than booking with booking.com?
I just checked booking on a Saturday and booking.com are quoting £130 with is £1 more than the Itison offer…

This deal is for 2 people and includes:

Overnight stay with breakfast, usually £114 per night
Late check out, usually £60
Bottle of Prosecco, usually £31.95

This gives a top price of £205.95 and as our vouchers are £99, the saving is 52%

Our deal providers can offer their own promotions directly, and I’m afraid we don’t have much control over these. Where we can though, we will link to their website on our deal so you check their offers out before you buy.

Hi there, If I want to book for Sunday through to Monday but I want to upgrade for 2 kids, how do I upgrade. There is an explanation of price if £50 for upgrade to 2 children but no instruction on how to do the upgrade. Can you help? Thanks, Claire Tatar.

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two including a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast each morning, leisure access and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Fri 21 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm. 

Standard twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room - £35, standard family - £40, large family - £50; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a voucher for 20% off at The Coach House at Fisher's Hotel.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in your room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 

Includes leisure access. Opening hours are as follows: spa 10am - 6pm, gym 7am - 9pm, swimming pool 7am - 9pm; last admission 8pm.

Max of 2 children permitted. Family room upgrade required at a supplementary charge of £40 for one child and £50 for 2 children; payable directly.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel. Dog bookings will be in the Annex The Bank House. Pets are not permitted in the main hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

Please note that there is ongoing refurbishment work behind the scenes. There is no disruption to guests.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
