Questions and answers

Does the voucher allow access to the hotels leisure facilities? Also is there a charge to bring a baby using our own travel cot?

To discuss the use of leisure facilities please contact the hotel directly. A maximum of 1 child is permitted, ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £20 per child for a z be. If bringing your own travel cot please contact the hotel to discuss the supplementary cost.

Overnight stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco to share on arrival, dinner and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Mon 15 Jan 2018 until Thur 29 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 9 - 11, 14, 16 - 18 Feb 2018.

A supplementary charge of £10 is required per room for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 15 Mar 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Please note bookings can be made from Mon 15 Jan 2018.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 5 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £20 dinner allowance per person towards the a la carte menu; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods.
