Can I use the voucher to get the flowers sent to someone else?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm you'll be able to send these flowers as a gift after purchase. When redeeming your voucher you'll be asked to provide your delivery date and message.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 7 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020; subject to availability.

Excludes 7 - 21 Feb 2020.

Online bookings only. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!). Bookings can be made a max of 2 months in advance.

Multiple purchases are permitted.

P&P £2.50 per item.

Delivery is provided by Royal Mail 24 which is a tracked, next day delivery service. While they aim to deliver within 24 hours this is not a guaranteed service.

Please note Sunday delivery is not available.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the flowers please email Secret Flower Club directly at hello@secretflowerclub.com within 24 hours with an image of the flowers. A replacement will then be sent out.

As this item is made to order it is non-refundable and we would encourage you to check your goods upon receipt.
