I can confirm options 2 & 3 includes a £25pp food and drink spend valid against all menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

I can confirm this deal is valid for a stay in a double, cosy or twin room. You're welcome to contact Shieldaig Lodge directly on 01445 741333 to discuss the possibility and cost of upgrading your room and they'll be happy to advise.

If I buy a hotel deal and there is no availability on my chosen dates, is it easy to claim a refund?

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

I’m happy to let you know you can gift a voucher from your account after purchasing the voucher. To view your order, just head to itison.com/my/complete_orders/.

Select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with a whisky flight, breakfast and late check-out OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a £25pp food & drink spend, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Sun 15 Nov 2020 until Tue 22 Dec 2021 and from Mon 25 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 Dec 2020 - 24 Oct and 23 Dec 2021 - 2 Jan 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 3 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 2pm, late check-out 12noon.

Stay in a double, cosy or twin room.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 3: Includes a £25pp food and drink spend valid against all menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Option 1: includes a Four Corners of Taste whisky flight; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted: ages 0 – 16 stay free of charge; must be included in max head count. Max 1 additional child is £30 per night on an extra bed; must be arranged when booking.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
